The Provider, responsible for this website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all website users of the terms of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.

The Provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or to inform users of such changes, it being sufficient that they are published on the Provider’s website.

Liability

The Provider disclaims any liability arising from information published on its website, provided that such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to the Provider.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it shall be governed by Spanish law, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia having jurisdiction over any conflicts arising from or related to its use.
